15:45-16:30 Teaching the forehand (this includes where and how to feed, what to look for when diagnosing the problem, and some possible cures)

16:30-17:15 Forehand instruction practice (supervised)

9:00-10:15 Teaching the backhand (this includes where and how to feed, what to look for when diagnosing the problem, and some possible cures/two-handed and one-handed backhand)
（球场）反手技术教学（包括送球位置以及如何送球，常见问题的的诊断与分析、单手反手以及双手反手）
10:15-11:00 Backhand instruction practice(supervised)
